for Rising 6th Graders
The Tdap Vaccine (Tetanus, Diphteria, Pertussis) is required for ALL students who are entering 6th grade. Call for an appointment today. Bring your child's updated shot record to school anytime prior to the 1st day of school. For questions, please call the school nurse at 704.782.4322 x133.
